Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Three years of advanced clerical experience are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.

Administrative or clerical experience with uploading files and documents on to data systems, platforms, or websites; preparing meeting facilities and equipment; and/or record management experience is preferred.

This position reports to the Board and Code Administration Division in the Department Regulatory and Economic Resources.
This position plays an active role in the upload, maintenance, and file management of the Board Agenda files into the Board Record Information Management System as well as assisting Board record custodians with the management of official records generated by the Board Administration Section.
This position also ensures Board meeting facilities and conference rooms are properly maintained and prepared to be used by Board Members for hearings.
