    Job Title:
    Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

    Compensation:
    $290,000 to $300,000 (flexible upon experience)

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a CHRO in St. Louis, MO.

    As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

    You will be responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports a high-performance culture.


    Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior leadership on all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.

    Lead and mentor the HR leadership team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.

    Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.

    Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

    Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and growth.


    Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.

    Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.


    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, staying abreast of changes and advising management accordingly.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.

    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.


    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and programs.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure HR outcomes.

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

    Pay Details:
    $290,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
