    *RN - Dialysis - Chronic / Renal (Days) Pittsfield, MA**Duration : 13 weeks**RN - Dialysis - Chronic / Renal (Days) Pittsfield, MA**Gross weekly $2303/week based on 36 hours*Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with kidney disease who require dialysis treatment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.


    Duties:

    • Perform venipuncture and initiate dialysis treatment according to established protocols
    • Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes
    • Assess patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
    • Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies as prescribed
    • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and selfcare techniques
    • Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic medical records
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the dialysis process

    Requirements:

    • Valid RN license in MA
    • Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or dialysis setting
    • Experience in ER, triage, diagnostic evaluation, acute care, hospice palliative medicine, infant care, catheterization, nursing home, or behavioral health is a plus
    • Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
    • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
