HCA Healthcare's Clinical Services Group (CSG) is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's Clinical Informatics strategy.
CSG's Clinical Informatics Regulatory Strategy team is responsible for managing the organization's exposure to changes in public policy as they relate to the company's Clinical Informatics strategy, as well as health IT more broadly.
The mission of the Clinical Informatics Regulatory Strategy team is to serve the company's healthcare providers and health IT developers by reducing the burden and cost of compliance.
We seek to accomplish this mission by advocating for balanced health IT policy, developing and implementing efficient compliance strategies, and leveraging existing company investments.
The Director, Clinical Informatics Regulatory Strategy, is responsible for maintaining the company's health IT policy agenda, staying abreast of legislative and regulatory activities that have the potential to impact the company's Clinical Informatics strategy, and leading advocacy efforts within the industry.
This individual assists with the direction and oversight of any compliance strategies and programs that must be established in response to ever-changing regulatory requirements.
This individual also assists with the escalation and resolution of potential compliance issues in collaboration with CSG leadership.This position requires a comprehensive understanding of current trends and issues facing the healthcare industry and, more specifically, the health IT community.
