We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time Cashier Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the community cash register, including handling all cash transactions, managing cash reserves, preparing orders, bookkeeping, and payment processing, as well as creating deposit and withdrawal receipts
  • Preparing daily closing statements
  • Handling reminders and enforcement procedures
  • Assisting with deferral/reduction and waiver of claims
  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual financial statements
  • Statistical reporting in the relevant department

Additional tasks may be assigned depending on the scope of employment.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training as a public administration clerk or a comparable civil service training in the 2nd qualification level, or a comparable qualification with professional experience in accounting and cash management in the administrative field
  • Thorough knowledge of finance, municipal budget and cash management
  • Friendly demeanor, assertiveness, and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good computer skills in common office applications and ideally in the specialist procedures for the financial sector OK.FIS of the AKDB
  • Preparation and participation in meetings
