Responsibilities:

  • Managing and advising existing clients and expanding business within the project team's client base
  • Developing customerspecific solutions
  • Pricing calculations and creating proposals
  • Followup on proposals
  • Handling tenders and tender management
  • Supporting the project team in operational processes

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the logistics industry, dispatching, or contracting with transport companies is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Assertiveness and quick thinking
  • Teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Power Point), CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Negotiation skills and cost awareness
