Your Responsibilities


  • Planning and coordinating production orders while considering customer orders, material availability/stock, and production capacities
  • Efficient order processing through active management of interfaces between production and sales support
  • Intensive communication with departments involved in the process regarding delivery reliability, lead times, quality, and cost reduction
  • Ensuring production meets deadlines, quality standards, stock levels, and budget goals
  • Maintaining individual capacity master data, preparing statistics and key figures
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of planning processes

Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications


  • Completed training in the field of scheduling/dispatching or statecertified technician (m/f/d), or alternatively a degree in production engineering/business engineering
  • Goal and resultsoriented work style, selfmotivation, and strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in series production of electrical machines/control technology, desirable
