Job description
The YMCA of the Roses is seeking a Development Coordinator to support our Development Director and advance our mission through strong communication and donor engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, mission-focused professional who enjoys administrative work and contributing to fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and outreach efforts that make a real impact.
The position will begin with training at our York Corporate Office and transition to our Lancaster Association Office.
Employees enjoy FREE access to YMCA facilities at all branches, including outdoor pools, fitness centers, and wellness amenities, along with FREE Child Watch (up to 3 hours per day while working, when available) and discounted programs and lessons.
