Learning & Development Coordinator
Camp Hill, PA
McKonly & Asbury is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the design, delivery, and administration of learning programs across the firm. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this role plays a key part in advancing employee development, supporting compliance and continuing education requirements, and enhancing the overall learning experience for professionals at all career stages.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with segment leads and industry leaders
- Manage and maintain the firmwide training calendar
- Identify learning gaps and assist in developing plans to address those needs
- Coordinate facilities and logistics for training sessions and firm events
- Support scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews
- Assist with creating and managing onboarding schedules for new hires
- Track CPE credits and provide quarterly updates and reporting
- Coordinate and maintain CPE tracking and provide support for educational webinars
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or program coordination
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and tools
