The Challenge:


The Marketing Innovation & Technology team works alongside the Label's (2K, Rockstar Games, Zynga, Private Division) Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and CX teams, managing and supporting the underlying technology stack used for Paid, Owned and Earned Marketing activity.

An ideal Product Manager will have a broad range of skills.

The responsibilities include the ability to manage the entire technology life cycle, from interpreting needs of the business (known or discovered) through implementation into support, and how it generates value along the way.

This role requires an understanding of Marketing Technology platforms, and experience in running projects, acting as the bridge between business leads and engineering teams.

This Product Manager role will focus on Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO) and maximizing the Customer Data Platform (CDP).

The CDP is the hub for customer data across Take-Two, creating a hub and spoke model where the spokes enrich the hub, the hub enriches the spokes.

A successful Product Manager will

  • Within the first 90 days: Understand the components of the CDP and Marketing product stack, their interdependencies, and how data flows between them. Take ownership of the operational management of several solutions in the portfolio.
  • Within 180 days: Take full ownership of several projects and drive to completion. Be able to speak confidently and accurately with stakeholders about current technology solutions and ideate collaboratively on new products and enhancements.

What You'll Take On:


  • Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define backlog & priorities, to build, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps.
  • Write product requirements for the core operating marketing systems, such as marketing automation, customer journey orchestration (CJO), improved data pipelines, and new partner integrations.
  • Facilitate collaboration between crossfunctional teams, provide timely status updates to stakeholders, anticipate and communicate risks.
  • Define the features and benefits of technology solutions and ensure they are properly communicated.
  • Ensure solutions are current investigate low adoption, promote capabilities, and evangelize use cases that empower business users to achieve more with existing tools.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and Marketing Insights team to define critical metrics and reporting solutions for new capabilities & campaigns.
  • Build and maintain product documentation, training docs, and user guides.

What You Bring:


  • Prior product management & business systems analysis experience
  • Running multiple projects and roadmaps concurrently
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Experience working with Marketing, Analytics, and IT functions
  • Proven ability to implement technology projects into enterprises including evidence of adoption and/or return on investment
  • Knowledge of IT solutions with a foundational awareness of:


  • Database management

  • data structure, data flows and conceptual knowledge of large-scale data intelligence systems (practical knowledge preferred)
  • Paid Media Advertising
  • Business intelligence, reporting & visualization
  • Platform and data security
  • Legal requirements as it relates to customer data (Ex: GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Basic SQL skills or the willingness to learn said skills within the first 3 months.
  • Must be able to establish and develop positive relationships with demanding, nononsense business and project stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met.
  • Experience working with highly technical business partners identifying problem areas, bottlenecks, and resolving through scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities spanning business and technical audiences.
