- Provide on-site customer interface to cultivate a supportive environment and ensure issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to boost sales performance consistently year after year.
- Preferably possess a background in supermarket construction, service, and/or installation.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in driving incremental sales and offering technical support as required.
- Demonstrate strong CO2 knowledge and the ability to educate the Northeast customer base on related topics.
- Manage the check-in process for all equipment at Demoulas site locations.
- Collaborate with the Demoulas engineering team on system design and layout.
- Engage with the Mr. Demoulas team on case design and upgrades.
- Conduct equipment check-ins at customer job sites.
- Order parts and verify the accuracy of equipment orders.
- Ensure real-time update of specifications.
- Communicate directly with contractors, GCs, and project managers.
- Coordinate on-site issue resolution and equipment deliveries to align with customer schedules.
- Monitor parts orders and shipments.
- Conduct site walks to verify proper equipment installation before the grand opening.
- High School diploma required.
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience, including technical exposure in a supermarket field environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Background in supermarket construction, service, and/or installation desirable.
