The HR-IT department at Liebherr-IT Services GmbH is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and further development of globally used personnel systems. We act as an internal service provider for the entire group and are looking for you to strengthen our team.

Your future. What awaits you

  • You will support and configure the HR Analytics architecture of the group (Workforce Analytics & Planning, Data Warehouse, and other functions)
  • You will plan and coordinate system adjustments that are tailored to country-specific requirements. In doing so, you ensure the release and product governance process as well as the agile development of the HR Analytics infrastructure, including automation, workflows, etc.
  • You will work closely with Corporate HR at the holding level to drive the standardization and harmonization of global HR metrics
  • In the role of Data Engineer for the "Employee" data domain, you will support the implementation of Data Governance
  • You will advise stakeholders on the digitization of processes and conduct change management
  • You will moderate workshops with international stakeholders (also in virtual space)
