Level - IT Support Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a superior customer experience by communicating in a positive, friendly, and empathetic manner
- Possess the technical expertise required to effectively communicate and troubleshoot product issues
- Identify, investigate, and provide solutions to client questions and concerns
- Make followup calls to customers as needed Listen attentively to customer needs and maximize the opportunity to build strong customer relationships
Level - IT Support Technician Requirements:
- 1-3 years of technical support experience
- Inoffice position
- Must be located in the East Valley and able to travel within that area
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
