We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Facebook Customer Service Representative.

This role will be responsible for managing all inquiries received via our Facebook page, providing timely and helpful responses, assisting customers with their queries, providing pricing information, and conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to all messages and inquiries received through the company's Facebook page in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
Assist customers withl resolving issues, and addressing concerns through Facebook messaging.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and customer service standards.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for reporting purposes.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and they are satisfied with the resolution.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or online environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Empathetic and patient demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency with Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in responding to inquiries and providing information.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay:
$8.00 - $10.00 per hour
