Your new job as Maintenance Manager (m/f) full-time:

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f) for our client in Waterloo, AL, to start as soon as possible as part of direct placement (not temporary work).

Your responsibilities include:


  • Effective coordination of all mechanical maintenance activities throughout the plant.
  • Ensuring the mechanical availability of all production equipment to support production departments.
  • Initiating and monitoring shortterm repair measures, as well as creating programs for major repairs and procuring spare parts.
  • Coordinating inspections, maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment, systems and tools.
  • Managing a team of 15 employees in terms of both technical and disciplinary aspects.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations for occupational safety, cleanliness, environmental protection and quality assurance.
  • Responsibility for comprehensive documentation and reporting in your area of expertise.
  • Contributing to the mechanical implementation of new equipment and independently improving work processes and procedures.
  • Costconscious management of spare parts.

Your qualifications:


  • Completed apprenticeship as a master craftsman, specializing in metalworking (IHK/Handwerk).
