Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer HR programs and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, Paychex) to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other leave management processes.
- Support strategic planning initiatives related to human resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically.
