    · Minimum 6 years of BY-WMS support experience, of which 2 years should be in the onsite lead position.

    · MUST BE ONSITE IN PHOENIX

    · Experience supporting BY-WMS version 2019 and above

    · Should know BY-WMS functionality end-to-end with ability to understand the installed configuration

    · Has experience in managing offshore team, guide them in managing SLAs

    · Able to prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with knowledge or MTTR, MTTS

    · Able to read MOCA logs and pin point issues with MTF server tasks, Integration tasks, other BY-WMS functionality

    · Experience working in a BY-WMS clustered environment

    · Well versed with the support protocols such as escalation paths during P1/P2, Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

    · Education

    · BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

    · Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment.
