Join our team at "Haus am Eichberg", our residential home for mentally ill individuals in Sonneberg, as a nursing professional starting immediately. The position is permanent and can be worked part-time at 32 hours per week or full-time. Discuss this with our facility manager, Mr. Reuter, as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

You will care for mentally ill individuals with a focus on maintaining or developing practical life skills.
You will contribute to improving the quality of life for our residents through personal attention, care, and activation.
You will enable our residents to participate in community life and engage with others.

What you bring

You have a degree as a nursing professional.
Ideally, you have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness.
You have a high level of mental resilience and the ability for self-reflection.
