    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Marketing Assistant.

    In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts for our fundraising events, helping to drive attendance, participation, and donations.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about event marketing and eager to contribute to meaningful causes through their work.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote fundraising events.
    Create engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and promotional materials.
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with event goals and messaging.
    Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
    Assist in planning and organizing event-related marketing activities, such as contests, giveaways, and partnerships.
    Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    Assist in coordinating media outreach and press releases to generate buzz and coverage for events.
    Provide on-site support during events, including setup, signage, and promotional activities.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of event marketing efforts.
    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event marketing strategies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
    Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    Previous experience in event marketing or related fields is a plus but not required.
