We are looking for local and motivated sales employees to strengthen our team. Have you already gained initial experience in personnel procurement as a working student or intern? Wonderful But this position is also an excellent opportunity and a stepping stone for recent graduates and applicants with some work experience to further their careers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You support your clients in filling open vacancies by placing experienced, specialized professionals and executives.
  • As the first point of contact for our candidates and clients via phone, video calls, and email, you ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • You manage the entire placement process from A to Z on the client and candidate side (acquisition of new clients, contract negotiations, candidate search, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, etc.)
