    Our Opportunity


    In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline generation, brand awareness, and establishes market leadership.

    Leveraging your deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, you'll lead a high-performing team of marketing specialists across global campaign management, digital and event marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to effectively reach C-suite decision-makers, engineering teams, and security practitioners.


    You'll Spend Your Time:
    Overseeing all aspects of the demand generation funnel, from lead generation to qualification and pipeline creation.
    Owning the development of global campaigns to support net new pipeline creation across new logos (enterprise and mid-market).
    Engaging in customer expansion motions by developing programs aligned with the customer lifecycle, generating pipeline and creating interest.

    Interlocking with regional marketing and sales stakeholders to align global campaign creation and execution in support of core markets across the AMER, EMEA & APJ.

    Being highly analytical in managing and inspecting the GTM funnel and the lead-to-sales handoff.
    Implementing persona and campaign-based marketing to security and development audiences.
    Contributing to the development of impactful market narratives and related messaging/content, leading seamless integration into multi-channel campaigns.
    Being responsible for all global corp events in all theaters - AMERS, EMEA, ANZ, and Japan.
    Developing and executing a data-driven demand generation strategy that aligns with Snyk's overall business objectives.
    Driving the collaborative development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
    Managing and optimizing Snyk's marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
    Tracking and measuring the performance of all marketing activities and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
    Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and identifying new opportunities to reach target audiences.
    Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the GTM team.

    What You'll Need:
    10+ years of experience in demand generation in Cybersecurity or a related field.
    Being a creative marketer who can adapt to the pace of an ever-changing technology market.
    Experience with critical marketing tools that support ABM, paid search and social, and programmatic marketing.
    Experience leading and managing a high-performing marketing team.
    A deep understanding of the enterprise B2B marketing landscape and the latest demand generation best practices targeting technical buyers.
    Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Passion for Snyk's mission and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.

    We'd be Lucky if You:
    Are highly proficient at using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker and other similar programs.
    Have experience with 6Sense, terminus or equivalent tools.
