    What you'll do as a Registered Behavior Technician at :

    · Utilize the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to empower children with Autism to unlock their full potential.

    · Deliver early intervention therapy within a dynamic center-based environment.

    · Nurture the minds of young children in their early developmental stages from birth to 5 years of age.

    · Implement tailored treatment plans for each child and systematically gather data.

    · Engage with a cohesive team of passionate individuals committed to embodying Opal Autism Center's core values.

    RBT Training & RBT Exam Requirements:

    Upon joining our team, you will undergo our rigorous 40-hour RBT training program and complete the RBT exam all within your first month. Conducted on-site at your center, this comprehensive training involves close collaboration with our dedicated training team. What's even better? Our 40-hour RBT training program comes at no cost to you As an additional perk, Opal Autism Centers covers the expenses for the application submission fee and the RBT exam fee.     Duties:

    · Obtain RBT certification by adhering to training requirements & deadlines

    · Provide 1:1 treatment to children to help them succeed

    · Communicate positively with families, peers, and your Clinical Supervisors

    · Use technology to benefit your clients and families

    · Daily documentation of sessions via our online practice management system

    · Be a positive team player

    Requirements:

    · Have a high school diploma

    · Hold an active CPR certification

    · Hold a valid driver's license & clean driving record

    · Reliable transportation

    · Ability to pass a criminal background screening

    · Ability to work FULL-TIME: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm

    · You're a lifelong learner whose behavior can be shaped

    · Able to easily navigate within a clinic, home, and school setting

    · Able to travel to families' homes or a school if necessary

    · Ability to access our online video training platform by internet

    · Complete all new hire training & pass RBT exam by adhering to training requirements & deadlines

    · Ability to sit on the floor, stand, squat, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
