DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

***- Initiate site availability and evaluation activities in NA, LATAM, and EMEA markets, including additional sites in existing domestic markets

  • Engage with local economic development agencies in determining site availability, incentives, and entitlement timeframes
  • Engage with local utility providers in determining availability, timing, and cost of service
  • Manage relationships with utility providers from initial engagement through service contract
  • When applicable, coordinate with local market brokers or advisors
  • Coordinate customer and internal executive deliverables with key stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
