Your tasks:

  • Processing of incoming orders (project business, no series production)
  • Customer support
  • Handling of complaints
  • Customer consultation (if possible), or forwarding to the technical service department

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training, preferably in an industrial environment
  • First professional experience in sales support of a manufacturing company
  • Empathetic and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and team-oriented work style
