Our non-food purchasing department stands for diversity - you will encounter a mix of category and product management. You can expect a wide range of tasks, including assortment selection and negotiations with national and international suppliers.

With our diverse range of products and promotional items from our own brand IDEENWELT, we aim to convince our customers - for this, you always keep an eye on trends and customer desires with your quality-conscious and economic perspective.

What you will achieve with us:

• You will be up close with the products: You will be responsible for the customer-oriented management of your category in the toy department
• always keeping an eye on current market trends and consumer desires.
• With the help of regular business evaluations, competitive observations, competitor, market, and assortment analyses, as well as attending trade fairs, you will continuously develop your assortments.
• You will also be responsible for setting sales prices, taking into account contribution margin goals and competition.
• We will entrust you with further responsibilities: You will conduct supplier and annual meetings and negotiate the best conditions for your assortments.
• Your responsibilities will also include independently coordinating and monitoring order processing.

What you bring with you:

• A degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship combined with (first) professional experience in purchasing/category management in the retail/consumer goods
