Shift Availability: 7 AM - 3 PM, 7 days a week

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care at home for critical patients, specifically those requiring trach and/or vent care across all age groups.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license, CPR certification (no online courses), and up-to-date TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
