SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the community's common areas and apartments.

Ensures that residents, guests, and team members have a positive impression of the community as it relates to cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience cleaning in private or hospitalitybased cleaning environments or equivalent experience and education.
  • Ability to understand and operate cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work in a systematic fashion.
  • Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
  • Ability to interact positively with others.
  • Demonstrates caring and compassionate attitude.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors
  • Dusting common areas and apartments
  • Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens in apartments
  • Cleaning elevators, restrooms and other common areas
  • Following job routines and schedules
  • Project work as assigned
