ABOUT FAITH HOSPICE:Since 1995, Faith Hospice has been providing comfort care to those with a life-limiting illness or condition as well as support to their families. Our doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers serve patients in a variety of settings. Faith Hospice provides care "wherever our patient lays his/her head down to sleep at night" including private homes, assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. We also provide end of life care at Trillium Woods, our beautiful hospice residence in Byron Center. Working in hospice requires a special gift of caring for those patients and families at such a critical time. We understand that passion and seek to add more health care professionals to our team who share this passion as well
