- Acting as the finance business partner to senior management and business unit leaders, furnishing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to bolster strategic initiatives and enhance business performance.
- Conducting analysis of current and projected company performance, including variance analysis compared to prior forecasts and plans.
- Utilizing financial expertise and business acumen to construct financial models and analyses with minimal guidance, drawing conclusions, and offering recommendations that yield results and drive enhancements.
- Taking charge of the company's financial planning and analysis process, collaborating cross-functionally with all management levels to deliver substantive financial information, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Playing a pivotal role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Performing financial reporting and analysis to pinpoint risks and opportunities, crafting analytics that measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and promote accountability.
