Hanover Foods Corporation located in Hanover PA is currently seeking a
Blender Operator position on[ enter shift] ] shift.

This position is primarily responsible for setting up the line prior to the shift to ensure continuous production to one repackaging line or pre-blend line, as instructed by the Supervisor.


Primary responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up the line prior to the shift, as instructed by the Supervisor.
  • Responsible for continuous production to one repackaging line or preblend line.
  • Checks the lines and totes for cleanliness prior to dumping the first tote or prior to dumping the first tote after a changeover.
  • Must be able to physically lift 75 pounds as required.
  • Keeps work area clean in accordance with good housekeeping practices
  • Prepares part totes for restorage and notifies the lift truck operator of their presence.
  • Reports mechanical and/or safety concerns to Supervisor or Leadperson immediately.
  • Adheres to common safety practices and procedures including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing as required.
  • Adheres to Hanover's plant hygiene standards to ensure high product integrity
  • Should not leave assigned area unless given permission by Supervisor or Lead.
  • Responsible for the execution of food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP's, HACCP, safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Freezer's Production Supervisor.
