Location: Berlin

Our client is a privately owned real estate developer and investor with a long-term investment horizon. The team has been working together for many years, creating a great, trusting work environment and boasting a long-term employee retention. Our client's core business is the development and long-term investment in office and logistics properties in Germany.

Due to positive business development, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Construction & FM for the Berlin location.

Responsibilities

Deputy management / team leadership for the construction and FM department

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for 4 employees

Project management for existing and new development projects, as well as taking on the role of client representative

Control and monitoring of FM topics within the commercial portfolio

Support in new project developments

Trouble shooting

Direct reporting line to the management

Requirements

Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent technical education

Relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally with first leadership experience

Solid experience as a project manager in commercial existing projects and in FM topics

Proficient in
