What can you expect?

You are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as processing electronic payments
You handle VAT pre-registration and manage debt collection in coordination with property managers
You prepare condominium, operating, and heating cost statements and prepare annual financial statements, which you coordinate with tax consultants
You create periodic reports for employees and owners and are responsible
