Job Summary
The Operator Assembler is responsible for operating and tending specified equipment and machines to create parts or products for the medical device industry. They are also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging labeling and moving of product.Responsibilities include inspecting trimming cleaning and packaging products to customer specifications using Bill of Material BOM to pull required materials reading and understanding Operational Quality Inspections OQIs ability to use measuring equipment gauge pins calipers tape measure mixing chemicals and materials as required ensuring the quality of the products being produced completing assigned tasks through hot stamping sonic welding pad printing resistance welding silicone back filling performing assembly secondary production operations prompt recognition of faulty equipment.
- Inspect trim clean package products to customer specifications
- Use Bill of Material BOM to pull required materials
- Read understand Operational Quality Inspections OQIs
