    Description

    We are seeking an Operations Manager with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, and ensuring seamless processes across the board. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including employee onboarding, training, adherence to VA guidelines, quality control, service line management, client onboarding, and customer service.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement efficient onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, fostering a positive first impression and laying the foundation for success within the company.
    • Manage Employee Training: Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with company goals and standards.
    • Ensure compliance with VA (Veteran Affairs) guidelines, staying abreast of any changes and implementing necessary adjustments to company practices.
    • Establish and maintain high-quality standards across all service lines, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of service lines, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to meet client needs and expectations.
    • Design and execute a streamlined client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to our services.
    • Lead the customer service team in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work closely with senior management to strategize and achieve company objectives.
    • Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
    • Manage resources effectively, including budgeting and allocation of manpower and materials.
    • Perform other such tasks and assignments as directed by management/leadership of organization.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with operations-related software.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and tackle challenges proactively.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Prolonged sitting required, with ability operate office equipment which may include heavy lifting, bending, and standing.
    • Requires ability to always handle stressful situations in a calm and courteous manner.
    • If required to make patient visits, prolonged standing and walking is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
    • Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient needs, and to make quick decisions and resource acquisition.
