With broad expertise under one roof, we manage properties from the initial idea to the end of their life cycle.

Your tasks As a public implementation agency, GMH coordinates numerous major projects in educational construction. One focus is currently the expansion of the natural science campus of the University of Hamburg on Bundesstraße.

With the "House of Earth", a new building complex with around 10,000 m2 of usable space is currently being built here.

The areas include office and laboratory space, seminar rooms and a cafeteria. Extensive and special technical systems are integrated into the building to supply the geological and fisheries institutes.
