WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Directly under the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Support's primary duty is to bolster our sales endeavors.

Your insights will be invaluable in lead qualification, ensuring our CRM system is up-to-date, and coordinating with potential clients to ensure their inquiries are addressed swiftly.

You'll be the backbone, ensuring the sales team has everything they need to succeed.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Support the sales team with necessary documentation
  • Update and maintain our CRM with precision
  • Engage with potential clients, addressing their inquiries efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor responses
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients in coordination with the sales team
  • Conduct preliminary lead qualification

YOU HAVE

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 23 years of experience in sales support or a similar role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail

$ $24.07 per hour
