Recently an investment group built four (4), six-person group homes for individuals with Autism in Grafton. The City of Grafton has mandated that these homes are staffed 24-hours per day for Supervision and Safety...NO PERSONAL CARES. We have been contracted to provide this staffing, and we are hiring immediately

What you'll be doing:

Supervision and Safety:

Assist these individuals with their daily activities to help them stay independent and in their homes.
Assist with meal preparation and kitchen organization.
Ensure that meals are eaten and oversee kitchen cleanup.
Properly manage the common areas to ensure cleanliness.
Provide companionship and guidance for these individuals.
Monitor and record client signin/signouts.
Monitor premises for any emergencies, and direct exit plans if needed.
Meet with housing counsel (as needed) to report client activity.

What we're looking for:

Individuals who are extremly dependable (care is a MUST) and trustworthy.
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
Access to reliable transportation.
Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
