Responsibilities we entrust to you:


  • You are responsible for the work processes from goods disposition to delivery and storage to sales, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • You ensure compliance with business metrics and conduct inventory.
  • You lead your team with passion and plan staffing.
  • You work in accordance with quality standards set by EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal regulations.

Do you see yourself in this role?:

  • You have training in retail or the food industry (e.g. in food production or as a cook) or have a food hygiene certificate.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in this field.
  • You have knowledge of goods and assortments in the meat, sausage, cheese, and fish departments, as well as experience in sales at the counter.
  • You have a business mindset and previous experience in department management.
  • You communicate transparently, are empathetic, creative, and make decisions independently.

Your working hours and location:


  • Fulltime or parttime options available
  • Shift work within opening hours
  • You will work at one of our markets in 31275 Lehrte / Hämelerwald, Hildesheimer Str. 9
