A challenging opportunity

We are looking for you to join our team as a Section Lead (m/f/d) for the Release and Test Management (RTM) section. As the Section Lead RTM in the Backoffice Chapter, you will be responsible for the development of our Release and Test Managers. Additionally, you will lead the Competence Team and establish methods and standards for Release and Test Management in our Solutions and IT programs. Our goal is to increase the quality of our Solutions and processes, with a focus on higher E2E penetration. With our products, we are a leading driver for the energy transition in Germany.

  • You will take on leadership tasks as the Section Lead in the Backoffice Solutions Chapter, including responsibilities such as personnel development, deployment planning, and skill management.
  • You will support the Chapter Lead in managing the entire department and strategically developing the chapter.
  • You will contribute to strategic personnel planning and related controlling tasks such as forecasting and medium-term planning.
  • You will develop the Competence Team for Release and Test Management and take on tasks such as QS Guild Lead and provide technical coaching for Test Managers in the programs.
  • You will also be responsible for staffing our projects and programs.
  • In addition, you will also take on special tasks in the domain, department, or delivery organization and work closely with other colleagues.
