We are currently seeking communicative and tech-savvy Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for the customer support (inbound) of a leading telecommunications company, starting as soon as possible.

You will be the first point of contact on the phone and provide friendly, competent and solution-oriented assistance to customers with all inquiries related to internet/DSL.


Your responsibilities:


  • Solutionoriented customer consultation on the phone, database maintenance, ticket creation for complex issues
  • Ensuring and continuously optimizing excellent quality and service standards
  • Willingness to learn and develop through trainings and coaching sessions

Your qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, empathy and high service orientation
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a careful work approach
  • Good PC and MS Office knowledge
