RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Calendars
  • Create marketing ads and social media posts
  • Maintain High Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate office documentation
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Post vehicles on dealership's social media and selling platforms
  • Complete daily tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous office experience a plus (any industry)
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problemsolving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Valid driver's license and able to pass preemployment drug test
