RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Calendars
- Create marketing ads and social media posts
- Maintain High Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain accurate office documentation
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Post vehicles on dealership's social media and selling platforms
- Complete daily tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous office experience a plus (any industry)
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problemsolving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Valid driver's license and able to pass preemployment drug test
