As a Customer Service Agent at Picuris Pueblo, NM, you will be responsible for the care and handling of our passengers and crews at the General Aviation Terminal.

You will be involved in the entire handling process from arrival to departure and will be in constant communication with our passengers, crew members, suppliers, and the airport.


  • Description/Tasks:

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Processing handling and booking requests
  • Preparing and following up on the daily flight schedule
  • Obtaining and monitoring slots and flight times
  • Coordinating handling services
  • Conducting passenger and crew transfers
  • Guest assistance
  • Managing the Airport CDM procedure
  • Maintaining our Safety Management System


As an active part of our Quality and Safety Management, you will contribute to ensuring and improving our high standards around the clock.


  • Qualification/Experience:

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training is advantageous
  • Friendly and serviceoriented demeanor
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
(Early shift starting at 5:30 am / Late shift until 11:00 pm)

  • Previous experience in the aviation industry is advantageous
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Valid security clearance and experience at DUS airport is advantageous
