Come join our team at one of the top hotels in the Killington area We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing a memorable experience during their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and providing necessary information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
• Setting up and breaking down breakfast

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
