You will work 2 days one week and 5 the next, this will include weekends.

-
Example: Wednesday & Thursday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the next week. Hours will be 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM.


Jaguar Fueling Services specializes in emergency fueling services and fuel delivery, including: generator fueling, fleet fueling, marine fueling, construction and pipeline fueling, aviation fueling and more.

  • Placing standard or emergency orders
  • Gather all information including customer, sales rep on account, product needed, cust PO, delivery date, delivery time, location, point of contact, and any notes or directions specific to completing order safely and effectively. If using a third party vendor, call and locate a vendor in the specified location and qualify them to deliver on our behalf. Then send order to Order Entry and await PO. Next is to call to make sure PO was received and confirm it in Open Orders. Once product has been delivered, customer updates are made with details and gallons delivered.
  • Securing vendors
  • When there is an area where National Dispatch does not have coverage, we have to locate and secure new vendors. First the areas are researched online and we read reviews on vendors in said area. Then a few are chosen to call and speak with them about their equipment, products they stock, truck availability, and hours of operation.
  • Maintaining repeat orders
  • A spreadsheet is sent out weekly to all Sales for confirmation of customer schedules. Once confirmation is received and all changes made, multiple orders are created and updated on the sheet along with any details about the order.
  • Reporting customer gallons
  • Daily there is a spreadsheet maintained for customer where gallons are recorded and sent to customer managers
  • Maintaining customer reporting portal
  • Daily there is a portal that needs updating for reporting of gallons and other details of the delivery to close out the order


  • PR

  • Daily calls to maintain relationships with vendors and customers, and ask for new business
  • Securing equipment
  • Calling vendors to get availability of tanks, pumps, hoses and nozzles and also completing tank rental agreements and paperwork necessary for rental and use.
  • Vendor Support
  • Speaking with vendors regarding pricing, directions, persons of contact, locations of equipment and gate accesses on every order.
  • Customer support
  • Speaking directly with customers to negotiate pricing, get details of orders, report any issues or concerns, and updating them after product is delivered.


  • Department support

  • Work with other departments including billing, AP, and vendor paperwork to make sure vendor paperwork is received on time and billed & processed accordingly, and to make sure vendors are qualified to deliver on our behalf.
  • Training and education of all incoming National Dispatch support. Monitoring department progress and systems effectiveness.
