Description
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Partner, this individual will provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist with various HR functions of the organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
- Back up person for timecard and biweekly payroll processing
- Assist with preparation of job descriptions
- Provide clerical support to the HR Department
- Support various HR initiatives and projects
- Support in preparing various HR audit paperwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Three or more years of experience in human resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills along with attention to details
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Paylocity is a plus
