JOB DESCRIPTION

The Certified Personal Trainer will provide personalized fitness instruction to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals. A GYMGUYZ Trainer delivers professional guidance for health, fitness, and wellness, adapting to different environments like private homes or offices as per the client's preference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create customized workout programs based on client assessments
Utilize the GYMGUYZ Fitness App for client sessions
Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form
Conduct client reassessments regularly
Manage client appointments using GYMGUYZ software
Handle client payments
Offer a flexible schedule for client sessions
Commute to and from client locations

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited)
CPR/AED certification
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of personal training experience
Strong communication skills
Basic nutrition knowledge
Familiarity with various exercise equipment and training methods
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform calisthenics
