    Description

    We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join the team at River North Gym in Chicago!

    • Position Description: As a Personal Trainer at RNG, you will work closely with members to help them reach their fitness goals and live healthier lives. It's about inspiring and motivating people to keep pushing themselves.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.
    • Create personalized training programs.
    • Conduct fitness assessments.
    • Sell training programs.
    • Follow up with leads consistently.
    • Provide nutritional guidance.
    • Set fitness goals.
    • Maintain business plans.
    • Ensure equipment cleanliness and adhere to COVID-19 protocols.
    • Remain available for at least 35 hours per week.
    • Use company software efficiently.
    • Participate in club events and programs.
    • Assist in social media content creation.
    • Be punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Have a positive attitude and promote a healthy lifestyle.

    Certifications/Educational Requirements:

    • Current CPR and AED certification.
    • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
    • Nationally Certified Personal Training Certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, NCSF).

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience with special populations.
    • Advanced certifications.
    • Strong social media presence.
    • Sales experience.
