Tasks:

Providing tax advice to both domestic and international businesses
Overseeing tax audits
Managing national and international restructuring projects and M&A transactions, including postmerger integration
Designing and improving international holding and financing structures
Monitoring and implementing changes in international tax laws
Providing tax support for special projects within the company

Requirements:

Preferably a certified tax consultant
Several years of relevant experience in auditing, tax consulting, a multinational corporation's tax department, or financial administration
Experience in process and project management is preferred
Strong knowledge of group tax laws
Excellent teamwork skills
Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable manner
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
Highly committed, proactive, assertive, and able to work well in a team environment
Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
