We have 3 different purchasing options, but the one that requires the most investment is the one I am asking about. It is a detached single-family home with 2 floors above ground, with only an exterior staircase. The layout is terrible and needs to be completely renovated, except for the facade and roof. Both are currently in good condition.

If you were to acquire any of the other options, some repairs and renovations would still be necessary, including a full kitchen renovation.
