Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is an agency located in Northeast Philadelphia that provides services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. SBR is looking for a motivated professional to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals to mentor and engage adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism in their communities.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervises, trains, and mentors Direct Support Professionals
  • Enhances the lives of individuals with IDD/A in the community through engagement, volunteer opportunities, and employment exploration
  • Attends Individual Support Plan meeting and works collaboratively with family and team members to create achievable outcomes
  • Serves as Oncall on a rotational basis

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred in Human Services or related field
  • 3+ years experience working in the Human Services field
  • 1+ years of Supervisory Experience
  • Great knowledge of Philadelphia and resources that the city has to offer
  • Proficient and Professional Writing and Communication Skills
  • Use of webbased data systems, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
  • Driver's License and reliable vehicle is a must
